Next is teaching methods. According to New Course Standard of English(新课标),combining with the language level (语言级别)of Ss, I use3 methods in my lesson.There aretask-based methods(任务教学法);Cognitive andcommunicative methods(交际教学法); Co-operation and competitionmethods (合作竞争教学法)。Student-centered, the teachers motivate, stimulate and guide the students.
In the teaching process, I will apply pictures , materials, and multi-media computer to arouse(激起)the Ss’ interests in learning.
Now I want to talk about part 4 Learning methods:学法及学法指导
Part 4
As an English teacher, myduty is not only to teach the students some English knowledge, but also to raise their skills of learning and using English. Such as:
1.Co-operation and competition----Students cooperate and compete with each other by working in groups.
2. Get the Ss to form good learning habits.
Part 5
Now I`ll talk about teachingprocedures.I design my lesson into the followingsteps.
Step 1Starter.
First, look at the learning objectiveswith the students together,thenIshow them a cup of juice. And let the student do as I do, taste it.
(Purpose of my designing: Thejuice not only help attract the students’attention but also lead inthe new lesson.---let the studentfindthe new rule: make sb./sth. +adj.)
Step 2 Game
Letthemrecall some adjs about emotions，categorizethem into two groups.
(Purpose of my designing:enrich more words about emotions,get the students to practise their Co-operation and competitionability)
Step 3Match
Let them listen to some music, and match it with some emotionwords.
(Purposeof my designing:This is controlled practice.to make the students match the right emotion with the music.)
Step 4Describe
